The cryptocurrency market corrected sharply on May 12 after the hype surrounding dog-themed tokens was deflated when Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin dumped vast amounts of the previously hot Shiba Inu, Dogelon Mars and Akita Inu on the market and donated the proceeds to charity.
The entire Top 10 is traded in the red zone. Bitcoin Cash -15.1%, Dogecoin -11.1% and Internet Computer -10.5%.
