Epic Web3 proudly announces L2Con Cannes 2025, a flagship conference dedicated to Web3 scaling ecosystems, general-purpose chains, app-chains, and decentralized applications. Taking place this July at the iconic Hôtel Martinez – The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, L2Con Cannes is set to be the largest developer-first event at EthCC [8], bringing together the most innovative minds in blockchain infrastructure and multichain development.

Following the success of L2Con Bangkok, which drew over 1,200 attendees, this European edition will build on that momentum with dual tracks, two main stages (Chains & dApps), and more than 40 speakers from across the ecosystem. Builders, founders, and ecosystem leads from Ethereum, Pharos, Line, and other L1s and L2s will converge to discuss the most pressing challenges and breakthroughs in scaling and user adoption.

“We’re developer-focused,” said Polina Smirnova, the event producer. “L2Con isn’t a marketing event – it’s where infrastructure builders and dApp teams sit side by side to solve real adoption problems. It’s about how to bring the next million builders into the space, because only then can we reach the next billion users.”

Attendees can expect sessions on chain abstraction, ZK-rollups, modular blockchain architecture, data availability layers, cross-chain interoperability, UX in dApps, and onboarding the next wave of developers and users. The program will run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including welcome coffee, keynote talks, in-depth panels, and a happy hour networking session to close the day.

“It’s not a chicken-and-egg problem – it’s a market reality,” Polina noted. “Web3 doesn’t grow without devs. So our mission is clear: bring builders together, create the infrastructure they need, and help them go multichain.”
