After the market crash on March 12, known as “Black Thursday”, about 36% of all reserves in BTC were withdrawn from Bitmex exchange.

Panic gripped the cryptocurrency market and industry leaders experienced a major outflow on their personal reserves:

Huobi lost 9,38%
Kraken missed out on 24%
Bitfinex lost 29%
Bitstamp reserve is down on 72%

The chart above shows amount of BTC that is in the reserves of the spot cryptocurrency exchanges to date.
