On the morning of October 29, the 1st International Blockchain Industry Expo was held in the Western International Expo City of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. As the fifth Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fair, the Expo is sponsored by Chengdu Municipal Government, China Institute of Information and Communications, China Institute of Electronic Technology Standards and some other departments. With the theme of “Link Ecology, Innovate Future”, the Expo focuses on the current situation and trend of blockchain technology development and links all blockchain resources to create the development space of blockchain industry.

Wang Fengchao, mayor and deputy secretary of Chengdu municipal committee, said in his speech that the integrated application of blockchain technology, an important milestone in global scientific and technological innovation, plays an important role in new technological innovation and industrial transformation. It will also have a profound impact on various fields of economic and social development, giving birth to a new industrial chain and ecosystem. Chengdu has accelerated the innovation and cultivation of new technologies, new industries and new formats, having accumulated a greater first mover advantage in the development of blockchain industry. “In the face of new opportunities brought about by the technological transformation of blockchain, Chengdu will speed up the construction of blockchain ecosystem, be committed to building carriers such as industrial parks, data trading centers and city-level alliance chain technology facilities, and constantly enrich key application scenarios such as financial technology, digital property rights and food traceability, and strive to optimize the innovative supply of new economic elements such as talents, technology, capital and business environment. Chengdu is practically transforming the potential energy of blockchain industry into the kinetic energy of urban development. ”

According to the Supply Action Plan of Blockchain Application Scenarios in Chengdu Urban Area(2020-2022) released at the opening ceremony, Chengdu hopes to take the demonstration applications of blockchain technology in specific scenarios of urban governance as the starting point, holding a number of main activities and supporting activities in the form of forums, exhibitions, transactions and competitions so as to guide and promote the blockchain developers, platform operators and other ecological participants to strengthen industry self-discipline and share urban opportunities, hence promoting the secure and orderly development of blockchain and releasing the potential of “blockchain +” to  accelerate prosperous development.

Chen Chun, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and director of the Information Department of Zhejiang University, praised Chengdu as an important economic center in Western China and a national innovative pilot city that having made important achievements in promoting the western development and the coordinated development of the whole country.
Rong Chunming, academician of the Norwegian Academy of Engineering and director of the Sino Norwegian Innovation Center of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, said in a video speech that Chengdu has seized the opportunity of blockchain and successively introduced a lot of relevant policies and measures. In addition, with the gathering of blockchain talents and numerous R & D institutions, Chengdu has formed an initial industrial advantage and possessed the development foundation of becoming a leader in the development of blockchain hard core science and technology, blockchain innovation model room and blockchain related industry interactive development laboratory.

Molian Technology Displayed Its CCAL (Credit Cooperative Alliance Ledger) and Other Products

Gao Tao, deputy general manager of China Electronics Technology Group Co., Ltd., said at the opening ceremony that blockchain is able to enable the construction of new credit system and governance paradigm. In the era of Internet information interconnection, blockchain realizes the new idea of value consensus, scales the trust between people, people and the world, and establishes a new credit system through digital identity notarization.

In the later stage, we will break through the rural credit situation by the credit score system and build the business forms of production chain, supply and marketing chain,  credit loan, etc., forming a “Trinity” new rural cooperation form support tool. “It is a landing application of establishing the new credit system for farmers via digital identity.” At present, there are nearly 300 fund cooperation societies that directly participate in the construction guidance, managing over 6 billion yuan of shares and serving more than 300000 farmers.

With independent intellectual property rights, the anti-money laundering chain tracking system of blockchain industry is able to realize the active tracking and monitoring of the asset flow direction on the chain. It also has the function of correlation analysis of transaction events on the chain that realizing the active tracking for suspicious or malicious, dark network, mixed crypto services and some other risky assets. In the future, it will connect with relevant regulatory authorities to provide assistance for the anti-money laundering work.
