Due to active growth, we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer with suitable experience in DeFi, GameFi, or Crypto fields. What You Will Be Doing:

• Developing and executing marketing and PR strategies
• Community development and the creation of an ambassador program
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry influencers, partners, and media outlets to generate exposure
• Coordinating team to create compelling marketing content for new features platform, and build brand awareness using various strategies and methods (TON, AMA, Growth hacking)

Requirements:

• Proven successful experience in marketing DeFi, Crypto, and FinTech products
• Ability to create and implement effective marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results. From hypothesis to production.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team.
• Fluent in English and Russian

As a plus:

• Experience in creating and promoting NFT collections
• Localization of the product for different markets
• Building pitch deck for VC funds
