Uniswap is the second exchange ($234M) with its Automated Market Maker model that provides liquidity advantages.

Kyber Network, launched in 2017, takes the 3rd place with $88M.

Fair to notice, that DEX volume is still tiny in aggregate compared to centralized exchanges.
