Elrond Launches Public Testing With the Prize Pool of $40k
Battle of Nodes: Onchained is the final public testing of the Elrond blockchain that will start on Thursday 4th of June and last until 15 days uninterrupted stress-testing pass.
Node operators will be rewarded for running validators, doing missions, finding bugs and exploiting vulnerabilities.
The prize pool is $40.000, composed of flat ERD payments and mainnet stakes.
To participate users have to perform KYC, install up to 6 nodes, register them in thе form, and join channels for announcements and validators.
There will be 2 phases:
June 4-8 — setting up the network, dry run, new nodes can still join;
June 8 & onwards — performance & functionality testing, mainnet readiness countdown, performance scoring, missions.
