As of today, inflation on the EOS network is now 1%. 15/21 block producers have now approved the following proposal:

The following set inflation parameters would set the total inflation to 1% and stops the flow into eosio.saving.

Inflation pay factor: 10000 (100%)
Vote pay factor: 40000 (25%)
