Questions from the CryptoRank team
#1. Can you tell us about HappyLand? What problems do you solve, both in the space and for the community?
Khoa P.: – HappyLand is a game developed by Tazogames studio. Our team has 7 years of experience building mobile games for Telcos in Vietnam. HappyLand is a game that gives players the power to progress in digital agriculture. It is a metaverse where gamers, investors, and crypto enthusiasts can become farmers, sow their seeds, and harvest their yield. It is where players have the power to get unlimited earnings. HappyLand intends to bring the most popular Farmville-based gaming concept to the blockchain sphere. HappyLand also aims to reflect real farming as close as possible, it is simple, smooth, and joyful.
#2. Could you briefly describe the milestones HappyLand has achieved, and about your upcoming plans?
Khoa P.: – Before IDO we raised 2.97 Million in the private funding round, co-led by AU21 Capital and HC Labs of HC Capital. HPL IDO on Polkastarter was sold out in under 2 minutes. We had many contests and events which attracted many new users to HappyLand. Recently we launched our Community Testnet, until now we have over 5K active users, and we have a KPI of acquiring 10K users before the mainnet version of HappyLand comes out. We also launched the staking feature of our governing token HPL, with the staking of HPL we reward users with a hefty APY that is above 40%. On the 26th of January, we are launching a Happy Box sale on our own marketplace, by acquiring a Happy Box players can start owning NFT land in HappyLand. Owning land is the first step in having a Play2Earn experience coming at the end of January.

Questions from Twitter
#1. Do you have any NFT plans and their integration ahead in the roadmap? Also, do you have any passive income options and incentivization rewards for a long-term holder?
Khoa P.: – Apart from NFT land, the sale shall take place on the 26th of January. Where players can open the Happy box. We also have in-game secondary NFTs as well, these secondary NFTs will help players expand their land size and through that increase their ROI. With these NFTs like NFT Land, players can sell/buy it on the HappyLand marketplace.
Regarding passive income options and incentivization rewards for long-term holders, we have a staking program for HPL holders, which gives a minimum of 40% APY. In addition, players who hold HPL can participate in the governing of the HappyLand ecosystem.
#2. Where can we trade HappyLand NFTs? Is it possible to trade them in 3rd party marketplace like Rarible or you will have your own marketplace?
Khoa P.: – The initial number of NFTs land is only a portion of our minted NFTs, the first Happy Box sale is only the first of many upcoming sales! You can participate in it on our marketplace. We are negotiating a launch on several reputable NFT sale platforms as well. The price of NFT will be market-driven.
#3. As mentioned about governance tokens on the website can you please tell me, do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? What kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?
Khoa P.: – The governance token of HappyLand is HPL, holders have the right to vote for the development of the HappyLand ecosystem, holding HPL players can vote exactly how the game will span out, how HappyLand becomes a metaverse, and what feature is added into the game.
Questions from Telegram
#1. Token Burn or BuyBack program plays an important role in increasing Token value Do you have a token burn or buyback program plan to attract investors?
Khoa P.: – We have token burn in every single trade on pancake swap. Basically, in every transaction on DEX, 0.5% of the transfer amount is burnt. Up to now, more than 110k HPL has been burnt through this mechanism which will increase the scarcity of HPL over time. For buy-back, revenues from land sales and marketplaces will be used for buy-backs to help price. Looking at the game mechanism that will use HPL for buying land plots, and only rewarding small amounts of HPL for top players, we believe this will help attract investors to hold and stake HPL.
#2. What’s your main focus right now, are you focused on the community or market/Exchange or the products?
Khoa P.: – Our project is long-term. We always focus on the product and community. Now our main focus is launching the mainnet. We are very excited that our testnet currently has more than 5k Daily active users. We expect 10k users on HappyLand testnet right before we launch our mainnet. We will expand our users to Guild’s scholars and professional game players.
