KUALA LUMPUR, July 14 — Malaysia Blockchain Week (MYBW) will see the support of the Malaysian government, with key ministries lending their support to the week-long event for all things blockchain.

MYBW 2025 will be graced by YB Tuan Gobind Singh Deo, Minister of Digital and YB Tuan Chang Lih Kang, Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation in a show of governmental backing to showcase Malaysia’s Web3 influence and blockchain technology.

Malaysia’s commitment to drive digital adoption and blockchain innovation is already evident through various projects and public-private partnerships, including the inaugural MYBW which was launched last year.

YB Tuan Gobind Singh Deo, Minister of Digital is slated to deliver a keynote which will pave the way for the future of Malaysia’s digital landscape, as well as to conduct a roundtable with key thought leaders, both locally and internationally.

YB Tuan Chang Lih Kang, Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation will also be delivering a keynote, providing key insight and support for technological drivers which aid in further developing Malaysia’s burgeoning technological advancements and innovations.
