On October 25, Ron Nguyen, CMO of Mech Master joined us to answer our questions.

I have 10+ years of experience in marketing in general, I am a full-stake marketing person myself, and also a fanboy of decentralized tech.  I met Hikari, also the founder of the project, and started Mirai studio. So here we are today with Mech Master, the debut game of Mirai Studio.

#1. Can you tell us about Mech Master? What problems do you solve, both in the space and for the community?

Ron N.: – You know there are many NFT/Blockchain games right now and it’s trending at the moment we’re talking here. However, if you agree with me or not, most of the game is so focus on the trading side, instead of the gaming.

We want to change that. We want to make Mech Master a game that players can enjoy. It can even match the expectation of hardcore players. And carrying with it the trading by having the built-in marketplace.

Players can assemble a lineup full Mech Master competitive advantages, including:

• Brand new and from the scratch coding

#2. Could you briefly describe the milestones Mech Master has achieved, and about your upcoming plans?

Ron N.: – We had our IDO yesterday and it was a blast with a stable x15 till now. Thanks to everyone participating in that. In parallel, from now until the end of the year, Mech Master will expand cooperation with domestic and foreign game and technology partners to equip Mech Master game with outstanding advantages in terms of images, security, and some orientation on multiplayer gameplay (never appeared on the market).

After IDO until the official launch of the game is in Q1 2022, it is about 3-4 months. During these months, Mech Master will launch a series of key features, especially aimed at those lucky enough to buy Mech Master NFT boxes, including an app to take selfies and videos with Mechas. Openable from the box, initial personalization for Mechas, some announcements about Mechas staking as well as $MECH token staking. At the same time, users who stake $MECH token will have the opportunity to participate in the initial release game test with many chances to own the super rare Mecha legendary.

#1. Can you list 1-3 killer features of Mech Master that make it ahead of its competitors? What is the competitive advantage your project has that you feel most confident about?

#2. I read that they will have a “Gacha System”, but could you really tell us more about this system? What is the use and what benefit does it provide to the game of Mech Master?

Ron N.: – Gacha system we plan to implement is kind of a pool of rewards. For every 5 wins continuously, users can get a Gacha ticket for the lucky draw from the system, which includes weapons, custom skins, components, and even Mechas (but with a really low rate). There’s no way to increase the chance to get any item you want, it’s actually 100% luck (and we make sure it’s luck so that it can be fair to all the players.

#3. Marketing is a central element for every project so that everyone knows the potential that a project can bring is vital to achieving the goals set. What is your strategy to attract new users and Investors to your project and keep them long-term?

Ron N.: – NFT gaming is so booming right now, that causes a lot of scam projects to come out and they have disappointed so many people. And unfortunately, we bring Mech Master to the table during this time. So, we talk to investors, or our potential players, you guys here, we want to be very honest. We show what we do. We tell you guys what we have and if we don’t, we just say we don’t. Being honest is the key we need to gain you guys’ trust and stay a long time with us and to add more, we work hard as I’ve mentioned earlier to meet the deadline.

For marketing strategy, including attracting new users, VCs, we build our network based on the trust we give out, we give them updates daily, keep them in loops with our projects and connect, reach out to other communities to give try out of our games. And have a good reserve amount of budget so that we can get everyone a taste of Mech Master before the game release. We also add more people to take care of our community carefully, so that to convert them into our players when the game is released officially. And of course, many events will be side by side to keep everyone excited.

#1. NFT is hot trending now, do you have a plan to have NFTs in your platform? If so, can you tell us about the plans of your project in NFTs?

Ron N.: – Mech Master universe being a Play-to-Earn NFT game comprises numerous unique and NFT collectibles representing characters, machines, land, and different kinds of items in the Mech Master game. There are multiple tiers of collectibles each representing a different value and uniqueness. The more unique an NFT, the harder it is to get in the gameplay.

There will be a different NFT category for different roles and according to gameplay. For example, a Pilot is an ERC-721 collectible representing a character who can control the Mecha.
Training for a new Mecha pilot is an exceedingly tough task and requires a lot of resources. But the advantages each pilot brings to the Mecha are indisputable. Each Pilot has a special ability, and when combined with the suitable Mecha, they will create an unstoppable duo.

Mech Master takes the P2E ecosystem to the next level with its gameplay and unique NFT collectible formula. While there are numerous projects trying to bank on the NFT rush, only the likes of Mech Master has the best of both worlds to succeed in the next generation of NFT projects i.e engrossing gameplay that can attract hardcore gamers as well as leisure ones, while NFT collectibles give an opportunity of investment.

#2. How did you strategize to make Your token more valuable as time progresses, and will you use supply-reducing tools such as burn and buyback?

Ron N.: – Sure, inflation is also a problem that the Mech Master team must think about and handle very carefully, or it could crash the whole ecosystem. In order to avoid inflation, Mech Master focuses on managing $MECH token circulation carefully and has a suitable burning mechanism to avoid generating too many $MECH tokens. One of the most common burning mechanics in the Mech Master game is that when a player uses $MECH to upgrade Mecha (weapons, equipment, pilots, etc.), 55% of the total tokens needed for the upgrade will be burned. The remaining 45% will go to funds including marketing, liquidity, founders, advisors, and development.

Similarly, the needs to use $MECH tokens in the game all generate a similar burn mechanism with different rates to always maintain a reasonable amount of traffic throughout the game operation and this amount of traffic is always strictly controlled.
