NextVerse is a 3D extra-terrestrial Metaverse setting in the 2100s, built on Solana. It is a VR-ready open space that combines free-to-play and play-to-earn.

On December 10, Mr. Canh Ho, CTO of VerseHub, and Mr. Anh Do, CPO of VerseHub, joined us to answer our questions.

#1. Can you tell us about NextVerse? What problems do you solve, both in the space and for the community?

Mr. Canh Ho: – NextVerse is a social-oriented Metaverse built on Solana. It is also a VR-ready open space that allows users to present themselves, immerse in communication, and many ways to earn assets by doing daily activities. All of us have been using social networks for around 15-20 years, during this time, we mostly interact with each other using traditional multi-media methods like texts, videos, images, and now we think the users need a more proper way to communicate. That makes them feel more immersed and being present.

#2. Could you briefly describe the milestones NextVerse has achieved, and about your upcoming plans?

Mr. Anh Do: – We’ve finished the product vision, deployed smart-contract on testnet, testing our first Minimum Viable Product. And for the good news, we have signed some MOU contracts with the famous fashion brand in our country. We are planning to release our web-based marketplace in Q1 2022. Of course, before that don’t forget that we will conduct private sale & IDO on one of the most popular IDO platforms.

#1. At present, there are many projects related to metaverse and GameFi in the market, the competition is fierce. What are the advantages of NextVerse compared to other projects? Why are you confident to launch the NextVerse project at this time?

Mr. Canh Ho: – There are a few reasons why we are doing it now. Firstly, our team has been researching VR and Blockchain technologies for a few years and got extensive experience in this domain. Secondly, the gaming industry market value is quite big at the moment and it’s predicted to steadily grow in the next few years with the involvement of NFT and Blockchain. And one more reason, as I mentioned above, we believe we are bringing what users need, in terms of the ways they communicate in a new generation of social networks.

Mr. Anh Do: – In fact, NextVerse is not just a game, we are a Social-Oriented Metaverse, where games are just the door to the audience. Gradually enter the Metaverse. You may see a lot of games right now but our product is not a game.

#2. So many projects just like to speak about the “long term vision and mission” but what are your short terms objectives? What are you focusing on right now?

Mr. Canh Ho: – Having a long-term vision is necessary but short term plan is also important. In Q4 this year and Q1 2022, we are focusing on releasing our web-based marketplace, where people can buy and trade the assets. In addition to that, we will release the first playable version of NextVerse on mobile devices. In terms of short-term objectives, we are also collaborating with some regional brands to bring their services and products to our metaverse.

#3. When the community wants to get involved in NextVerse projects, how can you offer the chance for them? In what way? And what will they gain as a benefit?

Mr. Anh Do: – First, we will recruit a team to expand the team, develop the system, and if you have skill in marketing, products you can apply for remote working. Then if they can’t join the team, they can join as a user and get to use the product for free, still earn money in NextVerse, and join the DAO mechanism in our society. As a user, they use our product for free, through a move to earn, learn to earn, x to earn. It is suitable for all user hobbies.

#1. Do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? What kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?

Mr. Canh Ho: – Yes, definitely. They can vote on monetary policy, treasury management, socialization decisions, fee on features, development targets, real estate policy, features release schedule, and more.

#2. Is your project only for English-speaking countries or is there a community for other language users?

Mr. Canh Ho: – Our platform will support localization, at first will initially release the product in English and then users can vote for additional language through the DAO mechanism.

Mr. Anh Do: – Yes, because our product is Metaverse that has to take much time to build. We’ll release first features like mini-app, light features like farming and staking, the APR we process strictly maybe around 80% APR.
