Q1: Can you tell us about Walken? What problems do you solve, both in the space and for the community?
Andrei Porodzinsky: 1st of all I want to admit that Walken brings to the Web3 world transparency (1-token economy), the cleanest and easiest onboarding ever done in crypto (all-in-one app: wallet, hero-upgrading procedures, marketplace) and trust! (100% free to use/play optional principle)
Walken is a free-to-play win-to-earn game built on the Solana blockchain. It brings sports and NFT together while focusing on the natural human drive to walk and get moving. By walking in real life, players earn gems (in-game soft currency, not crypto token), with the help of which upgrade their in-game characters — CAThletes — and compete to win $WLKN tokens. In turn, the tokens can be used to upgrade a CAThlete’s level (and stats) or buy NFT-items on the Marketplace to get extra stats points and win more competitions. The Walken team is currently working to add more ways to utilize the tokens (like cross-breeding, tournaments, etc.) in order to enhance the gaming experience and empower the players to earn more.
Q2: Could you briefly describe the milestones Walken has achieved, and about your upcoming plans?
Andrei Porodzinsky: We launched our token and open a global beta 5 weeks ago, the user base, for now, is 800.000 Users + with and DAU of 60%+ and we are growing!
We’ve launched breeding mechanics, and stabilised our app functionality and server side due to incredible performance and stress on the back-end side and all of our user processes (such as online PvP battles, marketplace, sales and others).
So for now I can say we are in the stage of finalising Walken’s quality issues, upgrading anti-fraud and anti-cheat mechanics

Q1: At the moment, all tokens go down in price even with great partnerships, hype, marketing, and working products, etc. So, what challenges do you have and how do you plan to make your project strong and popular? Do you see it as an opportunity while the current market declines?
Andrei Porodzinsky: Thanks for such an important question! Sometimes I see in our chats that our honorable users believe that WLKN is a new stable token! Thats sounds awesome for us and for my great team!
So… to survive, sustain and then increase … the product should be alive and supported by User’s traction. This is what the Walken team is doing so well (you can check the graphics and so). Transparency and hearing what our Community and users ask us for is what develops trust, and that’s why our token holders’ quantity of retail investors is growing in such a shady market.
We never wanted to postpone the launch of the Walken Token – we truly believe that a really strong project will survive and when the market will start to grow – the token price will follow to collect the Xs! And this will bring a lot of profits to all the early holders and investors!
We never will stop growing the product. Functionality, user growth and cooperation matter. That’s why we organize our development plan as is – to deliver as much as possible during the hard market to push once it’s stabilised! So that’s why we are so stable in the current crazy times.
Q2: What’s your main focus right now, are you focused on the community or market/Exchange or the products?
First of all, we are on side of the user and current market. So we are focused on performance and quality improvements (security) and prioritising the features that are most in-demand from users’ perspectives.
We are aiming to continue user growth and feature development and delivery – both will increase trust in WLKN token sustainability => price growth => benefit to retail investors => happy users!

Q3: Many games are being released everyday. But Other NFT games are currently having difficulties managing the number of NFTs that are inflated in the market, causing their value to be influenced and damaged. So, what is “Walken” plan to deal with NFT inflation?
Andrei Porodzinsky: Due to having our own internal marketplace and very strict anti-fraud mechanics which are improving every hour (I’m not exaggerating/joking here) – we are still growing and manage our huge user base so the NFT prices for the Cathletes, Clothes and Apparel are secured.

Q1: What strategy will you implement to bring non-crypto-natives into your ecosystem? How do you keep a balance between developing the technology and also improving the value of your token?
Andrei Porodzinsky: That’s our main focus – and as you can see from our user base we have grown, and for now we are dealing with it well and will continue doing that. We conducted the easiest onboarding on web3 project ever done in crypto for now – an open gate for the users with 0-knowledge in crypto.
And 100k of 800k of our users that we now had 0 exp in crypto before, this means that we have already helped the crypto world become bigger and wider!
Q2: Are you planning to promote your project in countries/regions where English is not good? Do you have a local community for them to better understand your project???
Andrei Porodzinsky: Sure! Now we are going to LatAm and SEA.
Q3: Do you have any plan for burning tokens in the future to reduce the supply of the token and increase its investment attractiveness?
