#1. Can you tell us about WonderHero? What problems do you solve, both in the space and for the community?

Ethan Ng.: – WonderHero is a Play-to-Earn mobile RPG for iOS/Android with gorgeous visuals where players enter turn-based combat, earn NFTs and trade them on a peer-to-peer marketplace. It is a multi-chain project on ERC20 and BSC that utilizes Polygon to ensure players get the best gaming experience with super low gas fees and faster transaction speed.

• 100+ Hero Variations that grant unique abilities
• Over 400+ NFT equipment; Endless strategies based on a combination of heroes, equipment, and tactical choices.
• Collect rare NFTs, sell and earn on WonderHero marketplace.
• PvP & PvE Modes – compete against others or play solo to earn WND tokens.

WonderHero is a multi-chain project on ERC20 and BSC that utilizes Polygon for faster transaction speed and lower fees for gamers. Because the network fee for ETH is high, each transaction fee is costly and does not make sense for gamers at all. Imagine buying an NFT and the transaction fee costs 30 – 50% of it, it makes the whole experience undesirable and discourages gamers who are just starting out. And that is not our goal, we want to be inclusive and make it easy for more gamers and those who may not be crypto savvy yet to benefit in the Play to Earn ecosystem. ERC20 and BSC are 2 of the world’s most popular chain networks. We have built a cross-chain bridge solution to link it to Polygon where it is built for very very low gas fees and quick transaction speeds, an ideal environment for the gaming experience.

#2. Could you briefly describe the milestones WonderHero has achieved, and about your upcoming plans?

Ethan Ng.: – To get you up to speed with WonderHero, I think some of you may already know, just a few days ago, we announced our incubation with Polkastarter and Morningstar Ventures, 2 of the leading powerhouse in blockchain space that has impacted many successful DeFi projects. To date, the project has raised 1,650,000 USDT with Polkastarter and Morningstar Ventures as Strategic Investors & Co-Incubators along with ecosystem partners such as Polygon, X21, Ice Tea Labs.

Here’s our roadmap till the end of 2021, so far we are pretty on track on delivering these milestones, and we intend to keep it that way.

#1. I read in your whitepaper that WonderHero believes in forming a balanced universe where players of different levels can provide each other economical and joy opportunities. How does this work? Can you explain it to us?

Ethan Ng.: – We understand the responsibility on hand, players invest time and effort into a game, some to replace their income for their families especially here in Southeast Asia, so the play to earn an income needs to be stable, for example, if a player plays this week and earn approximately 150USDT in tokens, and the next week, with the same amount of time, he earns only 60USDT of tokens. that is too unstable and will cause players to leave. Hence, we discussed over 3 weeks with mathematical formulas and came up with an internal game engine that constantly monitors the market demand and prices and adjusting the output of play to earn tokens, to make it stable. In our game, we have an internal yield system, where sponsors (maybe players who are not good in games) can sponsor NFTs WITHOUT losing custody of their assets. And scholars (passionate gamers or players who are good in the game) can play to earn knowing that the sponsors have no access to their share of the play to earn tokens. Hence they can play the game wholeheartedly.

#2. Everything is clear about the game & ecosystem, White Paper and articles are well written. I want to ask about the vesting period of IDO tokens. After completion of IDO, what will be the vesting period? Will Badge holders get benefits in a secure IDO seat?

Ethan Ng.: – The total vesting period is 3 months, TGE 50% on the 1st month. and 25% unlock for the 2nd and 3rd months, so you will receive all your tokens within 3 months.

The badge symbolizes an important part of our community. It’s called the Early Community Founders Community NFT Badge, it is extremely limited as you can tell, it is only for early community founding members. We have badges that are ranking from 1star to 5 stars, with of course 5 stars being better in design, every NFT badge comes in different Hero characters. but here are the benefits for Early Community Founding Members. With the NFT badge, when our Staking platform is LIVE where you can use NFT or WND to stake and get weekly WND rewards, you can use the NFT badge and get additional computing power, which essentially means, you will get higher APY than normal users.

#3. Are there any benefits for the top players in WonderHero except the Play-to-Earn part and gameplay glory?

Ethan Ng.: – As we grow more users and we are able to see different ranks between them as time passes. We will be introducing ranking systems, where Top ranks will earn even more benefits such as additional Rewards tokens, DAO entry rights, etc. These Top ranks will also be published in our community. The ranks are announced on a weekly basis. With high-ranking players, we will introduce e-sports. We will have pro players playing against each other, LIVE on twitch or other channels. and viewers can take part too! They can stake to see who wins and winners get all and losers live to stake another day.

#1. What would be the best options to earn passive income from your platform? Will you have staking and farming options or how can the loyal holders be benefitted in the long run?

Ethan Ng.: – There are 2 options to earn passive income:

• Be a sponsor in the Yield System and sponsors will play the game for you and earn the tokens for you, you can arrange the split to be 70/30% I suppose, or however you like.
• You can use your NFT or WND to stake and get WND rewards weekly, APY will be adjusted according to market trends.

In the long run, the DAO will take over and decide the staking rewards and the income from the fees to further support the community and players.

#2. Can I ask you what will be in Wonder Box? Heroes? Equipment?

Ethan Ng.: – The WonderBox will feature 1 Hero with Skin, 1 Weapon, and 1 Equipment, which means once you get 1 WonderBox, the NFTs inside will be able to let you start the game. However, please note that WonderBox is extremely limited and will be sold out fast, so the fastest fingers first. We will announce the dates of the WonderBox sale after the IDO.

#3. In every game, there must be a favorite hero character for the player. Do you have a list or guide of all your heroes, so I can play with a selection of the best hero characters? Can you share your thoughts on what are the best heroes from WonderHero? Will I be able to produce a new hero?

Ethan Ng.: – There is no best hero, the game is very well balanced, ranging from tankers to mage to attackers, it depends on your style of play and how you deploy your strategies, a little bit like chess using strategies and wits, just visually more amazing.
