One of the most anticipated DeFi project Curve has been forced to launch its DAO and governance token CRV prematurely after an anonymous developer deployed the contracts without the knowledge of the official team.

In light of the unexpected launch, Poloniex announced trading for the CRV/USDT trading pair just seven minutes after the official launch. Binance also has opened deposits for Curve, but trading is not started yet.

Since 13 hours of trading, the price of CRV has decreased from $44 to ≈ $11.
