Engines of Fury is a visually stunning auto battler where champions fight each other in retro-futuristic arenas.
On February, 4, Mindaugas, Engines of Fury Lead Community Manager joined us to answer our questions.
Mindaugas, Engines of Fury Lead Community Manager.
Our team consists of 30+ people right now, but it is still growing. From 2017 we had many blockchain projects that we worked with. I work closely with the community and board members team to ensure both sides are well connected and informed about the latest news.
Questions from the CryptoRank team
#1. Can you tell us more about Engines of Fury? What problems do you solve, both in the space and for the community?
Mindaugas: – First of all, we think that crypto games have a problem of “losing the essence of real gameplay”. We are gamers ourselves while a couple of our core team members have been making games for more than a decade now. So this is exactly why we are here – we couldn’t find a game that we ourselves would have loved to play in GameFi space back in early summer, and that’s why we started developing one of our own. There’s a saying in Lithuanian – if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself. So now we are creating a game that will mitigate the current “grinding” based game approach and bring back the excitement, adrenaline, and dopamine-kicking experience by providing amazing graphics and implementing the wager/staking based approach to fights between players – so every fight is a new exciting moment in a gamer’s life. Also – the auto battler is only the beginning of our ecosystem. We will be gradually expanding this game into a full-blown open-world MMORPG over time. AND it will be done together with you guys – we will have governance models in place so that the Engines of Fury community would have influence over the building of the open world.

Questions from Twitter
#1. The project cannot be sustained without effective marketing and capital infusion, how can you convince us that you have enough marketing power and capital to take this project to the top?
Mindaugas: – I think the best way to explain this is just by showing our backers, investors, and partners.
We have a huge financial backup also with the amount of marketing potential they bring us. So regarding marketing, we’re in a really good position.
#2. Do the token holders have the right to participate in the governance of the project? On what kind of decisions can they vote on about the project?
Mindaugas: – Once we will launch the game there will be a lot of community polls for the upcoming updates in the game. So we really take community feedback into account.
#3. At the beginning of the game I saw that we have to choose one of 3 classes, they are swordsman, marksman or scientist. What class can I upgrade and make invincible? Can I change my hero class after starting the game?
Mindaugas: – Well, we will make sure that non of the classes will be overpowered. We want balanced and competitive gameplay. Regarding the first champion – they will be NFT’s.
Questions from Telegram
#1. Tell us a little bit about security? Have you done an audit of the platform? Are the smart contracts error-free? What are the test results?
Mindaugas: – As we are now building the smart contract – audits are planned, but not done yet. But it will definitely be audited by well-known and sophisticated auditing firms. We take great caution when it comes to security.
#2. What is the most ambitious goal of your project? Could share with us any Upcoming Updates?
Mindaugas: – The vision is gradually converting the game into an open-world MMORPG in the long run.
#3. Can you please share the social media accounts of your project?
