The Supply of Tokenized BTC Grew by 78% in July
According to Btconethereum, 20,327 BTC were tokenized on Ethereum by the end of July, and it represents an increase of 78% compared to 11,383 BTC in June.
Moreover, this development represents a surge of 1,503% compared to 1,268 BTC in January.
As of today, 20,558 BTC – worth roughly $234 million – are tokenized and used in Ethereum-based protocols.
These specific tokens represent roughly 0.06% of the leading cryptocurrency’s market capitalization.
